%X 随着经济的快速发展,城镇化的推进,“懒人经济”的兴起,预制菜产业市场发展空间越来越可观。本文介绍了内江市产业的发展现状和发展优势,梳理出内江市预制菜产业发展过程中监管漏洞、行业标准不统一、人才和技术缺乏等问题,从技术、政策、品牌等方面为今后内江市预制菜产业发展提供建议和参考。
With the rapid development of the economy, the advancement of urbanization, and the rise of the “lazy economy”, the market development space for the pre-prepared food industry is becoming more and more considerable. This article introduces the development status and development advantages of the industry in Neijiang City, sorts out the problems of regulatory loopholes, inconsistent industry standards, and lack of talent and technology in the development of the pre-prepared food industry in Neijiang City, and provides suggestions and references for the development of the pre-prepared food industry in Neijiang City in the future from the aspects of technology, policy, and brand.
