%X 政策是实现乡村振兴、实现乡村治理现代化的重要手段，在乡村振兴时期政策与乡村振兴的契合程度是关键，并需做到政策内容适应特定的乡村实际。因此，将政策视为推进乡村振兴的一种思路，从采取有效的政策工具、内容等入手进行实践路向的探索，挖掘乡村振兴在政策层面存在的某些可视化问题，进而探寻出以数字化为抓手、人才为保障以及多元化政策为组合工具的政策体系，以着力加快乡村发展，为实现乡村振兴注入动力剂、增效剂，进而成就共同富裕、中国梦的宏伟蓝图。<br />
Policies are important means to achieve rural revitalization and modernization of rural governance. During the period of rural revitalization, the fit degree between policies and rural revitalization is crucial, and the policy content needs to be adapted to the specific rural reality. Therefore, considering policies as a way to promote rural revitalization, we can explore the practical direction by adopting effective policy tools, content, etc., and explore certain visual problems in rural revitalization at the policy level. So that we can explore a policy system that uses digitization as the starting point, talent as the guarantee, and diversified policies as a combination tool, in order to accelerate rural development, inject momentum and efficiency enhancing agents into rural revitalization, and ultimately achieve the grand blueprint of common prosperity and the Chinese Dream.
