Since the 80s’ more and more typologies appeared, trying to make sense and understanding of serial criminals, mainly serial murderers. One issue remains unsolved. While on the basis of the explanations for serial killing, the revenge is one of the more emphasized factors or explanations, there is no category that addresses revenge in the typologies of serial murder and murderers.
