%X 膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis, KOA)在中老年人群中患病率高，女性多于男性。针灸在该病的临床应用中已获得广泛认可。笔者通过对近年针灸治疗KOA的研究文献进行检索，总结针灸治疗KOA的有效方法，以期为针灸治疗KOA的临床应用及研究提供有效指导。<br />
Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) has a high prevalence in middle-aged and elderly people, and women are more common than men. Acupuncture has been widely recognized in the clinical application of this disease. By searching the research literature of acupuncture in the treatment of KOA in recent years, the authors summarize the effective methods of acupuncture in the treatment of KOA, in order to provide effective guidance for the clinical application and research of acupuncture in the treatment of KOA.
