It presents as an abscess under-p¨¦riost¨¦ performing a swelling front with osteomyelitis of loss front side more often to sinusitis frontal. We report the observation of a patient 67 years old who was admitted to the emergency swelling front. The computed tomography (CT) brain showed a lesion tissue compartment right sinus front seat of calcification and osteomyelitis of the frontal bone with calcification in the frontal sinus recess.
