%X 烤烟型烟草生产过程中，类胡萝卜素类色素作为一类重要的组成色素类物质，一方面影响着烤后烟叶的外观颜色，另一方面对烟叶中的香气物质组成和比例也有重要的影响。本文通过探索类胡萝卜素类物质对烟叶品质的影响过程，总结烟叶中类胡萝卜素类色素的提取方法，分析不同成熟期不同部位烟叶中类胡萝卜素的几类降解物质含量，探究类胡萝卜素的降解物与类胡萝卜素类色素之间的关系，为提升烟叶品质提供理论支持。<br />
In the production process of flue-cured tobacco, carotenoid pigments, as a kind of important pigment substances, affect the appearance color of flue-cured tobacco on the one hand, and also have an important impact on the composition and proportion of aroma substances in tobacco on the other hand. By exploring the influence process of carotenoids on the quality of tobacco leaves, this paper summarizes the extraction methods of carotenoids and pigments in tobacco leaves, and the contents of several kinds of carotenoids in different parts of tobacco leaves at different maturity stages, and explores the relationship between carotenoids degradation and carotenoids, so as to provide theoretical support for improving the quality of tobacco leaves.
