%X 目的：分析国内甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)护理领域的研究热点及演变规律，为后续甲亢护理在我国的应用以及研究提供参考和指引。方法：基于CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对2000年1月1日至2023年12月31日期间在中国知网收录的关于甲亢护理文献数据从载文量、作者、机构以及关键词等方面开展可视化分析。结果：共纳入分析文献1648篇，年载文量整体呈现先升后稳的趋势，参与研究的作者与机构基数大、独立性强，高频关键词为护理、甲亢、糖尿病、生活质量、护理干预、健康教育等，关键词共现聚类分析得到护理、并发症、甲亢、综合护理、甲亢危象等13大类研究热点，关键词突变探测到25个突变词。结论：甲亢护理研究整体处于较高的热度，该领域从前期的以甲亢及并发症的药物、手术治疗为导向的被动护理，慢慢演变为注重甲亢患者心理感受、生活质量的主动护理，后续应从饮食、睡眠、心理等方面入手，持续优化甲亢护理方案，加强护理干预，提高患者生活质量和心理健康水平。<br />
Objective: To analyze the research hotspots and evolution rules in the field of hyperthyroidism nursing in China, and to provide reference and guidance for the application and research of hyperthyroidism nursing in China. Methods: Based on CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software, the literature data on hyperthyroidism nursing collected in CNKI from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2023 were visually analyzed. Results: A total of 1648 articles were included in the analysis, and the annual volume of articles showed a trend of first increasing and then stabilizing, the number of authors and institutions participating in the study was large and independent, and the high-frequency keywords were nursing, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, quality of life, nursing intervention, health education, etc., and 13 categories of research hotspots such as nursing, complications, hyperthyroidism, comprehensive nursing, and hyperthyroid crisis were obtained by keyword co-occurrence cluster analysis, and 25 mutant words were detected by keyword mutations. Conclusion: The research on hyperthyroidism nursing is in a high fever as a whole, and the field has gradually evolved from passive nursing oriented by drugs and surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism and its complications in the early stage to active nursing focusing on the psychological feelings and quality of life of hyperthyroidism patients.
