%X 目的：以CiteSpace软件为基础，对国内腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)中医护理技术的相关文献进行可视化分析，探讨LDH中医护理技术的发展现状及趋势，为该领域将来研究提供依据。方法：以CNKI作为检索平台，检索其中有关LDH中医护理技术的文献，利用CiteSpace6.2.R6版软件对文献的作者、机构、关键词等特征进行可视化分析，提取文献中可靠的信息，并结合图谱对其进行解读。结果：最终共纳入文献698篇，均为中文文献，可视化分析显示该研究的总体发文量呈先升后降的趋势；付勇、杨敏两位作者发文量最高(5篇)；发文量最多的2个研究所分别是南京中医药大学护理学院(10篇)、江西中医药大学附属医院(9篇)；中医护理技术如穴位注射、针灸等的应用和疗效观察是研究的热点；结论：LDH中医护理技术目前研究的热点主要是症状的改善和缓解，缺乏基础研究和患者预后，需充分挖掘LDH其他中医护理技术的应用和循证依据，加强作者和机构之间的合作，提高LDH中医护理技术的研究质量，为今后相关领域的研究提供明确的方向，实现该领域的可持续发展。<br />
Objective: Based on CiteSpace software, this study visualizes and analyzes relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology for lumbar disc herniation (LDH) in China, explores the current development status and trends of LDH traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, and provides a basis for future research in this field. Method: Using CNKI as the search platform, literature related to LDH traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology was retrieved. CiteSpace6.2.R6 software was used to visualize and analyze the characteristics of authors, institutions, keywords, etc. in the literature, extract reliable information from the literature, and interpret it using a graph. Result: A total of 698 articles were ultimately included, all of which were Chinese literature. Visual analysis showed that the overall publication volume of this study showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing; Fu Yong and Yang Min have the highest publication volume (5 articles); The two research institutes with the highest number of publications are the School of Nursing at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (10 papers) and the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (9 papers); The application and curative effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as acupoint injection and acupuncture and moxibustion are the focus of research. Conclusion: The current research hotspot of LDH traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology is mainly the improvement and relief of symptoms, lacking basic research and patient prognosis. It is necessary to fully explore the application and evidence-based basis of other LDH traditional Chinese medicine nursing technologies, strengthen cooperation between authors and institutions, improve the research quality of LDH traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, provide clear directions for future research in related fields, and achieve sustainable development in this field.
