%X 本文通过整理、分析针药结合治疗颈型颈椎病的相关文献，总结了目前针药结合治疗该疾病的研究概况，为进一步研究提供参考。在中国知网、万方、维普数据库中检索近年的相关文献，筛选出具有代表性、影响力大的文献，整理分析后分类概括，得出研究概况。针药结合对颈型颈椎病有很好的防治效果，因此清楚认识治疗方法的作用机理对于早期合理地运用针药结合控制并延缓病情有指导性意义。<br />
By sorting out and analyzing the relevant literature on the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of neck type, this paper summarizes the current research situation of the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of neck type, and provides a reference for further research. We retrieve relevant literature in recent years in China Knowledge Network, Wanfang, and VIP databases, screen out representative and influential literature, sort out and analyze them, and summarize them to obtain a research overview. The combination of acupuncture and medicine has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis of neck type. Therefore, a clear understanding of the mechanism of the treatment method is of guiding significance for the early rational use of acupuncture and medicine to control and delay the disease.
