%X 2022年国家统计局发布数据看，我国总人口约14亿，城镇常住人口约9亿，农村常住人口约5亿，农民是我国社会人口的重要组成部分。“三农”问题关乎国民生计，是党和国家切实关心的重大问题，而农民是农业农村发展的重要力量，更是我国经济社会稳步发展的基础，因此我们要坚定不移地实施乡村振兴战略并做到以人为本，满足农民群众对美好生活的需求，提升农民的幸福感。但随着我国经济的高速发展，农民的物质生活得到了极大改善，幸福感却远不及经济的增长速度。国家经济发展，人民收入增加是我们追求幸福的手段，并不是目标本身，而幸福才是我们追求的终极目标。本文主要介绍了农民幸福感的相关概念及理论，分析了我国农民的幸福感现状，存在的问题并制定了农民幸福感提升策略。<br />
According to the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2022, China’s total population is about 1.4 billion, urban permanent population is about 900 million, and rural permanent population is about 500 million. Farmers are an important part of China’s social population. The issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” concerns the livelihood of the people, and is a major issue of real concern to the Party and the state, while the people are an important force in agricultural and rural development, so we should unswervingly implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country and do people-oriented, meet the demand of farmers for a better life, improve farmers’ happiness. However, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the material life of farmers has been greatly improved, but the happiness is far less than the growth rate of the economy. National economic development and the increase of people’s income are our means to pursue happiness, not the goal itself, but happiness is the ultimate goal we pursue. This paper mainly introduces the relevant concepts and theories of farmers’ happiness, analyzes the current situation of Chinese farmers’ happiness, and formulates the strategy for improving farmers’ happiness.
