%X 在校园管理问题中，校园欺凌是备受关注且难以根除的问题，找寻其源头以及解决途径是社会、学校以及教师各级各层的主要任务和重要职责。本文基于社会性别理论视角，发现性别相关理念在校园欺凌事件中的实际体现和重要作用。审视社会性别理论视角下校园欺凌事件的形成机理以及性别观念对其的影响，进而从社会环境、学校管理、课程设置、教师发展、教材编写等层面提出相关应对策略，确保青少年身心健康发展。<br />
Bullying in schools is a significant concern for school management and is challenging to eliminate. Identifying its origins and solutions is a crucial responsibility for society, schools, and teachers at every level. From the perspective of gender theory, the role of gender-related concepts in school bullying is explored, examining how these concepts influence bullying and proposing strategies at the social, school management, curriculum, teacher development, and teaching material levels to promote the healthy physical and mental development of adolescents.
