%X 类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis, RA)是一种慢性、全身性的自身免疫性疾病，其特征是关节滑膜的慢性炎症和增生，形成血管翳，侵蚀关节软骨、软骨下骨、韧带和肌腱，最终导致关节畸形和功能丧失。RA不仅严重影响患者的身体健康，还对其生活质量和心理状态产生深远的负面影响。因此，针对RA的治疗方法的研究和改进一直是医学领域的热点和难点之一。<br />
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation and hyperplasia of the synovial membrane of the joints, the formation of vascular opacities, and the erosion of the articular cartilage, subchondral bone, ligaments, and tendons, which ultimately leads to joint deformity and loss of function. RA not only seriously affects the physical health of patients, but also has a profoundly negative impact on their quality of life and RA not only seriously affects patients’ physical health, but also has a profound negative impact on their quality of life and psychological state. Therefore, the research and improvement of the treatment of RA has been one of the hotspots and difficulties in the medical field.
