%X 在当今数字化大环境下，企业应把握数字化转型机遇，加快重构迎合新赛道的企业商业模式创新和商业生态系统，以适应新的市场环境。数字化转型不仅是技术层面的更新，更是一种战略层面的变革，企业的数字化转型与财务战略联系紧密，财务战略的合理定位可以加快引领企业数字化转型的实现。本文以金风科技为研究对象，分析其数字化转型动因、表现和财务战略选择，并对其转型背景下的财务战略效果进行评价，得出研究结论，为数字化转型相关企业提供借鉴。<br />
In today’s digital environment, enterprises should seize the opportunity of digital transformation and accelerate the reconstruction of enterprise business model innovation and business ecosystem catering to the new circuit to adapt to the new market environment. Digital transformation is not only a technical update, but also a strategic change. The digital transformation of enterprises is closely related to financial strategy, and the reasonable positioning of financial strategy can speed up the realization of digital transformation of enterprises. This paper takes Goldwind Technology as the research object, analyzes its motivation, performance and financial strategy choice for digital transformation, evaluates the effect of its financial strategy under the background of transformation, and draws research conclusions to provide reference for enterprises related to digital transformation.
