%X 甲状腺疾病和2型糖尿病是临床上最常见的两种内分泌疾病，二者之间的关系也一直备受关注。国内外多项研究表明两者之间存在一定的相关性。因此，为了更好地了解这两种常见疾病之间的联系，本文就2型糖尿病与甲状腺功能亢进症，甲状腺功能减退症及甲状腺结节这三大常见甲状腺疾病之间的发病联系作一综述。<br />
Thyroid disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus are two of the most common endocrine diseases in clinical practice, and the relationship between the two has always been concerned. Multiple studies both domestically and internationally have shown a certain correlation between the two. Therefore, in order to better understand the connection between these two common diseases, this article reviews the relationship between type 2 diabetes and three common thyroid diseases: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and thyroid nodules.
