In the context of the ever-increasing medical research, atrial fibrillation, as a common disease in clinical practice, catheter ablation is centered on electrical isolation of the circumflex pulmonary vein, which is performed by a second-generation cryoballoon catheter, and it is gradually being used as the main therapy for ablative pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) in atrial fibrillation. In view of this, this review is based on an overview of atrial fibrillation and cryoablation, and discusses the selection and progression of cryoballoons, indications, and ultimately strategies for cryoablation, in the hope of informing related work. %K 冷冻消融术,心房颤动,冷冻策略
