Research on Interdisciplinary Innovation Ability Evaluation Based on Analytic Network Process %A 樊祺 %A 陆海华 %J Operations Research and Fuzziology %P 720-731 %@ 2163-1530 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/orf.2024.143308 %X 跨学科创新能力是创新人才的必备能力,其评价研究在教育界有着广泛的应用价值。本文分析了跨学科创新能力的重要影响因素,在此基础上构建了一个科学合理的评价指标体系。在明确各指标相互影响的前提下,选择网络层次分析法构建跨学科创新能力评价模型,确定各指标的权重,进行综合评价。结果表明:创新思维和创新人格对跨学科创新能力影响显著;基于网络层次分析法的评价模型具有一定的推广价值。对比传统的层次分析法,文章建立的模型能够考虑到不同指标组元素间的相互影响,使评价更加客观,贴合实际。
Interdisciplinary innovation ability is a necessary ability of innovative talents, and its evaluation research has a wide range of application value in the educational field. This paper analyzes the important influencing factors of interdisciplinary innovation ability, and constructs a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system on this basis. Under the premise of making clear the mutual influence of each index, the evaluation model is constructed by the analytic network process, and the weight of each index is determined for comprehensive evaluation. The results show that: innovative thinking and innovative personality have significant influence on interdisciplinary innovation ability; this evaluation model has a certain extension value. Compared with the traditional analytic hierarchy process, the model established in this paper can take into account the interaction between the elements of different index groups, so that the evaluation is more objective and realistic. %K 网络层次分析法,跨学科创新能力,评价指标
