%X 随着现代人对环保和健康的日益关注，自然、无毒、可持续的染色材料逐渐受到青睐。中草药染，一种利用纯天然植物进行染色的传统技艺，以其独特的环保性和健康性以及悠久的文化传承，成为现代设计中的新宠。本课题研究深入探讨了中草药染在伴眠玩偶设计中的应用及其价值，不仅具有美学价值，还具有健康价值及历史价值。许多植物不仅能够创造出多样化的色彩面板，还具有舒缓眼睛、芳香和对皮肤及睡眠有益的生物活性成分。这些特点使得中草药染在伴眠玩偶产品中具有独特的优势。为失眠人群设计伴眠玩偶，为其提供新的睡眠辅助方案，既有助于有失眠问题的人得到相应的改善；又使中草药染与中医等非遗文化得到进一步的保护和推广。<br />
With the increasing attention of modern people to environmental protection and health, natural, non-toxic and sustainable dyeing materials are gradually favored. Grass dyeing, a traditional technique of dyeing using pure natural plants, has become a new favorite in modern design with its unique environmental protection and health and long-standing cultural heritage. This research deeply discusses the application and value of plant dyeing in the design of sleeping dolls, which not only has aesthetic value, but also has health value and historical value. Many plants not only create a variety of color panels, but also have bioactive ingredients that soothe the eyes, aromatize and are good for skin and sleep. These characteristics make plant dyeing have a unique advantage in sleeping doll products. Designing sleep dolls for insomnia people and providing them with new sleep assistance programs can help people with insomnia problems to improve accordingly. In addition, intangible cultural heritage such as plant dyeing and traditional Chinese medicine have been further protected and promoted.
