Effects of Rehabilitation Exercise Training on Renal Function and Urinary TGF-β1 and IV-C Levels in Hemodialysis Patients %A 张广璐 %A 焦霞 %A 王雅楠 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 1105-1110 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/acm.2024.1461885 %X 目的:探究血液透析患者康复运动训练对肾功能及尿中TGF-β1、IV-C水平的影响。方法:选取我院肾脏内科慢性肾衰竭患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规血液透析治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合规范化康复运动训练干预。对比两组治疗有效性、肾功能指标及尿中TGF-β1、IV-C水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且肾功能指标及尿中TGF-β1、IV-C水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:康复运动训练能够有效提高血液透析患者的治疗效果,改善肾功能及尿中TGF-β1、IV-C水平,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of rehabilitation exercise training on renal function and urinary TGF-β1 and IV-C levels in hemodialysis patients. Methods: 100 patients with chronic renal failure in nephrology department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis, and the observation group was treated with standardized rehabilitation exercise training intervention on the basis of the control group. The efficacy of treatment, renal function indexes and urinary TGF-β1 and IV-C levels were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the renal function indexes and the levels of TGF-β1 and IV-C in urine were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation exercise training can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis patients, improve renal function and urinary TGF-β1 and IV-C levels, which is worthy of clinical promotion. %K 血液透析,康复运动训练,肾功能,TGF-β1,IV-C
