Chinese excellent traditional culture has a history of more than 5,000 years. It is the most precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation and contains rich mental health education resources, which plays a very important guiding role in solving students’ psychological confusion. Integrating the psychological education resources of excellent Chinese traditional culture into the mental health education of college students can stimulate the national cultural identity of college students, enrich the content of mental health education of college students, and provide the driving force for the sustainable development of mental health education of college students. This study combines the current situation of the mental health problems of college students, explores the valuable resources in Chinese traditional culture, explores the realization path of integrating excellent Chinese traditional culture into the mental health education of college students, helps college students cultivate positive psychological quality, and comprehensively improves comprehensive quality. %K 中华优秀传统文化,心理健康教育,大学生
