A Survey on the Employment Willingness of Contemporary Youth Groups under the Background of “Employment Difficulties” %A 张欢 %J Statistics and Applications %P 828-840 %@ 2325-226X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/sa.2024.133084 %X 本文通过问卷调查分析当代青年群体就业意愿。经结构方程模型分析研究发现,影响当代青年就业意愿的因素主要有五个:个体特征,他人因素,家庭因素,地域因素,社会因素。因此需要拓宽就业出路,加强岗位信息推送,深化校企合作,强化就业指导,加大见习机会。
This article analyzes the employment willingness of contemporary youth groups through a questionnaire survey. Through structural equation modeling analysis, it has been found that there are mainly five factors that affect the employment willingness of contemporary youth: individual characteristics, other factors, family factors, regional factors, and social factors. Therefore, it is necessary to broaden employment opportunities, strengthen job information dissemination, deepen school enterprise cooperation, strengthen employment guidance, and increase internship opportunities. %K 青年群体,就业意愿,结构方程模型,影响因素
