Analysis of the Current Situation of Academic Master Cultivation in Statistics—Based on Questionnaire Method %A 武宇 %A 于卓熙 %J Statistics and Applications %P 766-773 %@ 2325-226X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/sa.2024.133078 %X 经济社会发展呈现多样化需求的特点,而研究生教育作为为社会输送高等人才的重要渠道,应努力适应并配合这种发展需求。为此,本文通过问卷调查方式,对统计学学术型硕士培养的课程设置现状、授课方式与导师指导现状、科研实践现状三方面展开调查分析。调查结果显示,目前统计学学术型硕士研究生培养总体发展迅速良好,但仍存在以下几点有待完善之处:第一,课时量与课程安排未能完全适应迅速变化的科研实践与未来就业要求,同时授课内容与本科教育衔接不够紧密;第二,学生与导师交流频率在部分专业较低;第三,学生参与科研实践的机会未能达到完全覆盖。本文基于对以上调查结果展开分析,提出针对性的教育改革建议。
Economic and social development is characterized by diversified needs, and graduate education has not yet fully satisfied this development. For this reason, this paper analyzes the current situation of academic master’s education in statistics in three aspects: Curriculum, teaching method and supervisor guidance, and scientific research practice by means of a questionnaire survey. It is found that there are several major problems in academic graduate education in statistics: The amount of class time and curriculum arrangement are not fully adapted to the fast-changing research practices and future employment requirements, and the contents of the lectures are not closely connected with the undergraduate education; the frequency of communication between students and their supervisors is obviously low in some majors; and the opportunities for students to participate in scientific research and practice still have much room for improvement. Based on the analysis of the above findings, this paper puts forward targeted educational reform suggestions. %K 统计学,学术型硕士,课程设置,导师指导,科研实践
