%X 当今经济发展更加重视企业社会责任对市场经济的影响，研究基于人力资源管理和数字化经济视角分析企业社会责任的影响。当前商业信用对企业的筹融资占有主要作用，人力资源管理工作重心逐渐由员工个体转向企业整体，而且随着信息技术加速迭代以及数字经济的迅猛发展，数字化经济发展应当与企业社会责任相互作用，以实现企业高质量发展。由此，本研究深度发掘企业社会责任的具体运用方向，为企业发展，提高竞争优势提供方向。<br />
Today’s economic progress places increased focus on the impact of corporate social responsibility on the market economy. This research examines the influence of corporate social responsibility on commercial credit, human resource management, and the digital economy. Currently, commercial credit significantly aids enterprise financing, while human resource management is transitioning towards a broader enterprise perspective. As information technology advances and the digital economy grows rapidly, the integration of the digital economy with corporate social responsibility is essential for achieving high-quality enterprise development. Consequently, this study delves into the precise application areas of corporate social responsibility, guiding enterprise development and enhancing their competitive edge.
