%X 胃癌是一种发生于胃部的恶性肿瘤，此病进展缓慢，常在早期没有明显的症状，因此，此病在早期很难被发现。随着癌症的进展，此病可伴随消化不良、胃痛、纳差、体重下降和乏力等。目前，胃癌的具体原因仍不完全清楚，但一些因素可能增加患胃癌的风险，如长期食用高盐、高脂肪食物，吸烟，饮酒，慢性胃炎、幽门螺杆菌感染，以及遗传因素等。目前，可采用中西医结合治疗胃癌，现就近年来中西医结合治疗胃癌的研究进展予以综述。<br />
Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the stomach. The disease progresses slowly, often without obvious symptoms in the early stage. Therefore, the disease is difficult to be detected in the early stage. As the cancer progresses, the disease can be accompanied by indigestion, stomach pain, poor appetite, weight loss and fatigue. At present, the specific causes of stomach cancer are still not fully understood, but several factors may increase the risk of developing stomach cancer, such as long-term consumption of high-salt and high-fat foods, smoking, alcohol consumption, chronic gastritis, <i>Helicobacter pylori</i> infection, and genetic factors. At present, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can be used to treat gastric cancer. This article reviews the research progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years.
