%X 文章主要讨论妇科常见的白色病变，即外阴硬化性苔藓。其西医病因病机尚未清楚，不少临床研究提示本病也许与自身免疫、遗传易感倾向及内源性性激素水平低等因素有关，治疗方式以激素药物、手术及物理疗法为主，患者依从性差，有一定的局限。中医治疗该病有较好的临床疗效。通过检索近年来的研究论文，归纳整理中医关于该病主要治疗方式，包括中药内服，中药外用熏洗，内服外用联合治疗，针刺等，为临床医务工作者治疗该病提供新思路。<br />
This article mainly discusses the common white lesions in gynecology, that is, vulvar lichen sclerosus. Its western medicine etiology and pathogenesis are not clear, many clinical studies suggest that the disease may be related to autoimmune, genetic predisposition and low levels of endogenous sex hormones, the treatment methods are mainly hormone drugs, surgery and physical therapy, the patient compliance is poor, there are certain limitations. The treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect. Through searching the research papers in recent years, the main treatment methods of TCM on this disease were summarized, including internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine, external fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine, combined treatment for internal and external use, acupuncture, etc., which provided new ideas for clinical medical workers to treat this disease.
