%X 家庭和学校两方面是影响学生发展的主要因素。家庭是孩子最早接受教育的场所,家长是孩子的第一任教师,良好的家庭教育有助于学生养成良好的学习习惯以及优良的品质,学校是学生学习的主要场所,承担着为国家培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重任。近年来,家校沟通已经成为当下社会各界普遍关注的问题,而班主任则是家校沟通的桥梁,在其中起着重要作用,所以班主任如何与家长进行沟通显得尤为重要。从小学班主任与家长沟通的意义、问题、有效策略三个方面进行具体的分析与阐述。
Family and school are the main factors that influence students’ development. Family is the earliest place for children to receive education, parents are the first teachers of children, good family education helps students to develop good learning habits and excellent quality, school is the main place for students to learn, bear the responsibility of cultivating socialist builders and successors for the country. In recent years, home-school communication has become a common concern of all sectors of society, and the homeroom teacher is the bridge of home-school communication, which plays an important role, so how the homeroom teacher to communicate with parents is particularly important. This paper analyzes and expounds the significance, problems and effective strategies of communication between head teachers and parents in primary schools.
