%X 老年便秘是临床上一种常见的消化道症状，不仅给老年患者带来极大精神压力，而且威胁老年患者的健康。耳穴疗法是一种疗效好、见效快、操作简单易行的中医特色护理技术，在治疗老年便秘中具有积极作用。文章对耳穴常用疗法如耳穴压豆、耳穴埋针、耳穴揿针、耳穴磁珠贴压、经皮耳迷走神经电刺激在治疗老年便秘的临床运用进行归纳总结，以期为临床运用耳穴疗法提供参考。<br />
Senile constipation is a common gastrointestinal symptom in clinical practice, which not only brings great mental pressure to elderly patients, but also threatens their health. Auricular point therapy is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology with good curative effect, quick effect and easy operation, which has positive effect in treating constipation in the aged. This article summarizes the clinical application of common auricular point therapy, such as auricular point pressure bean, auricular point embedding needle, auricular point press needle, auricular point magnetic bead pressure, transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation in the treatment of elderly constipation, in order to provide reference for clinical application of auricular point therapy.
