%X 视频信息与传播技术的发展，不仅改变了当下文化生产与传播的样态，还在此基础上形成了新的经济模式和劳动形式。在技术赋权的背景之下，视频博主正积极参与短视频平台的数字劳动，成为新时期推动数字文化产业创新发展的进步力量。然而在现实的实践过程中，视频博主看似公平、自由的劳动过程，实际上是平台资本对其隐蔽的时间技术控制和数值控制，是在平台资本的数据垄断、算法规训等隐蔽手段下面临的权力不平等和隐形剥削。<br />
The development of video information and communication technology has not only changed the current state of cultural production and communication, but also formed a new economic model and labor form on this basis. Under the background of technological empowerment, video bloggers are actively participating in the digital labor of short video platforms, becoming a progressive force to promote the innovation and development of the digital culture industry in the new era. However, in the practical process of reality, video bloggers seem to be a fair and free labor process. In fact, the hidden time technology control and numerical control of platform capital, which is the power inequality and invisible exploitation faced by hidden means such as data monopoly and algorithm training of platform capital.
