%X 灸法作为一种中医常见而又独特的外治法之一，在原发性痛经的临床应用广泛，效果显著，在外治方面发挥着重要地位。结合目前国内外关于灸法治疗原发性痛经的研究报道，本文从灸法治疗原发性痛经的作用机制、临床疗效等方面做出阐述，以期为灸法在原发性痛经的临床应用中择优选择适宜灸法及开展进一步研究提供更多帮助。<br />
Moxibustion, as one of the common and unique external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine, is widely used in the clinical application of primary dysmenorrhea with remarkable effect, and plays an important role in external treatment. Combined with the current domestic and foreign research reports on moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, this paper expounds the mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, in order to provide more help for the clinical application of moxibustion in the selection of appropriate moxibustion and carry out further research.
