%X 随着经济全球化的发展，世界逐步走向一个大团体，人类的前景似乎愈加光明璀璨，但随之带来的困境也愈加复杂多样，环境危机、天灾异祸、尤其是人们精神层面养料的缺失导致的心理问题层出不穷。种种难题纷繁而至，对未来的种种不确定导致社会开始出现“内卷”、“躺平”等现象，当代儒家以及阳明学应当如何立足，面对未知的世界？人类又将如何在这快节奏的时代中安身立命，存养身心，坚定信念？文章试图回归国学，从儒家“仁”，“命”，“心”，“天人合一”等观念中找寻答案。<br />
With the development of economic globalization, the world is gradually moving towards a large group, and the prospects of mankind seem to be brighter and brighter, but the difficulties brought about by it are also more complex and diverse, and environmental crises, natural disasters, and especially psychological problems caused by the lack of spiritual nourishment at the spiritual level of people are emerging one after another. How should contemporary Confucianism and Yangmingxue gain a foothold and face the unknown world? How will human beings settle down, nourish their bodies and minds, and strengthen their beliefs in this fast-paced era? The article tries to return to traditional Chinese culture and find answers from the Confucian concepts of “benevolence”, “life”, “heart”, and “unity of heaven and man”.
