Under the perspective of the flipped classroom, teaching goal-setting strategies for mental health education are crucial. This paper discusses the application of flipped classroom in mental health education and proposes corresponding goal-setting strategies. The significance of combining the flipped classroom model with mental health education is to help educators consider the needs and actual situation of students, adopt specific and measurable teaching objectives, and combine activities such as case analyses and group discussions to achieve the objectives, so as to promote students’ mental health more effectively. %K 翻转课堂,心理健康教育,教学目标
