%X 胃癌早期诊断率较低，发现时多已晚期，复发和转移成为胃癌生存率低的主要原因，循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)是从原发肿瘤处脱落并进入血液循环的癌细胞。检测胃癌患者外周血CTC表达可为肿瘤分期和预后评估提供参考，现就胃癌中循环肿瘤细胞的临床意义的研究及展望作一综述。<br />
The early diagnosis rate of gastric cancer is low, and it is often detected in advanced stages, leading to low survival rates due to recurrence and metastasis. Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are cancer cells that detach from the primary tumor and enter the bloodstream. Detecting the expression of CTCs in peripheral blood of gastric cancer patients can provide reference for tumor staging and prognosis assessment. This article provides a review and outlook on the clinical significance of circulating tumor cells in gastric cancer.
