With the continuous advancement of China’s socialist modernization process, the rule of law in our country has been continuously improved, and the process of rural rule of law has been advancing. However, there are still phenomena such as scarce legal resources in many rural areas. This article focuses on the construction of rural public legal services in Z County. Through collecting questionnaire data and conducting in-depth field research, it is found that in the construction of the rural public legal service system, the effectiveness of legal publicity has been improved, and legal aid has shown a new trend. However, there are still problems such as the low supply of rural public legal services, uneven distribution of supply resources, insufficient novelty of publicity methods, and low accuracy of service provision. The main reasons are low purchasing power in rural areas, serious “urban preferences”, and lack of corresponding demand orientation. Therefore, in order to promote the positive development of rural public legal services, it is necessary to improve the level of specialization in rural public legal services, promote equal distribution of resources, increase publicity and education efforts, and provide precise services. %K 农村公共法律服务,乡村振兴,法治化,法治建设
