%X 矮小症属儿童内分泌科的常见疾病，机制不明且病因复杂，其中生长激素缺乏症(GHD)及特发性矮小(ISS)是最常见的两种病因。目前矮小症主要治疗措施为生长激素(rhGH)替代疗法，由于治疗剂量及疗程等个体差异较大，临床需要简易及准确性较高的指标评估生长激素的治疗反应，以有利于临床医生制定个体化的治疗方案。本文就近年国内外有关用于评估生长激素治疗矮小症患儿的生长反应指标进行综述。<br />
Short stature is a common disease in pediatric endocrinology with unknown mechanism and complex etiology, among which growth hormone deficiency (GHD) and idiopathic short stature (ISS) are the two most common etiologies. At present, the main treatment measures for short stature are recombinant growth hormone (rhGH) replacement therapy. Due to the large individual differences in therapeutic dose and course, simple and accurate indicators are needed to evaluate the therapeutic response of RHGH, so as to facilitate clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans. This article reviews the growth response indicators used to evaluate growth hormone treatment in children with short stature in China and abroad in recent years.
