Wuming District, Nanning five-color glutinous rice is not only a delicacy, but also a cultural symbol and inheritance, its rich production technology, profound cultural connotation, and important social status, make five-color glutinous rice a special food that the local people are proud of, and also a bright pearl in Nanning’s food culture. This paper takes the five-color glutinous rice in Wuming District, Nanning City as the research object, explores the development status of the five-color glutinous rice, and gives constructive suggestions for the development so that the development of the five-color glutinous rice can meet the needs of the times and glow with new vitality and vitality.
