%X 作为2021年政法领域十大重点改革举措，我国为完善统一法律适用机制，于2021年12月1日起实施《最高人民法院统一法律适用工作实施办法》。然而，在司法实践中，“同案异判”的现象一直存在。本文以民事案件为对象，围绕“同案同判”与“同案异判”展开深入研究，旨在为我国民事诉讼制度的完善和司法公正的实现做出贡献。希望通过本文的探讨和分析，能够引起社会各界对于民事案件同案同判问题的关注，促进司法体系的不断完善和进步。<br />
As one of the ten key reform initiatives in the legal and legal field in 2021, in order to improve and unify the mechanism for the application of laws, <i>The </i><i>Implementing Measures of the Supreme People</i>’<i>s Court for Harmonizing the Application of Law</i> shall come into force as of December 1, 2021. However, in judicial practice, the phenomenon of “different judgments on similar cases” has always existed. This paper will focus on civil cases and conduct deep research on “similar judgments on similar cases” and “different judgments on similar cases” in order to make a contribution to the perfection of our country’s civil procedure system and the realization of judicial justice. Through the discussion and analysis of this article, we hope to arouse the attention of society on the issue of similar judgments on similar cases, and promote the improvement and progress of the judicial system.
