%X 变应性鼻炎是临床耳鼻咽喉科常见的一种疑难杂症，容易反复发作且不易根治，严重影响患者的工作与生活质量，由于发病率的逐年上升，现已成为全球关注的疾病。穴位埋线治疗也称为穴位线刺激疗法，通过在穴位上埋入特殊材料的线体，达到持久性刺激人体穴位的效果，因其操作简便、经济安全已广泛应用于临床。本文通过检索近10年穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的相关文献，探析穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的临床应用以及存在的不足，并对相关研究进行展望，以期为临床治疗本病提供参考。<br />
Allergic rhinitis is a prevalent and challenging disease in otorhinolaryngology that is easy to recur and difficult to cure, severely hurting the patient’s work and quality of life, and has become a global issue as the disease’s occurrence increases year after year. Acupoint burrowing therapy, also known as acupoint line stimulation therapy, involves burying a special material of the line to achieve the effect of persistent stimulation of the human body’s acupuncture points. It is widely used in clinical practice due to its simplicity, economy, and safety. In this research, we searched the relevant literatures on the treatment of allergic rhinitis by acupoint thread embedding over the last ten years, analyzed the clinical application of acupoint thread embedding in the treatment of allergic rhinitis as well as the deficiencies, and looked forward to the relevant research, with a view to providing reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
