Research on Design Demand of Pet Furniture Based on KANO-AHP Model %A 薛静 %A 任新宇 %J Design %P 370-378 %@ ****-**** %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/design.2024.93329 %X 目的:针对线上宠物家具良莠不齐的问题,为满足用户需求,提高用户满意度,提出了基于KANO-AHP模型的宠物家具需求评价方法,并以宠物猫家具为应用案例进行分析,旨在为家具行业的设计与研发人员提供方向支持与发展规划。方法:运用KANO模型对宠物猫家具的26项需求指标完成属性判定、构建评价体系,应用AHP法量化研发人员的经验,确定指标权重,完成宠物猫家具需求指标的综合权重排序。结论:通过分析前15项,为宠物猫家具设计提出建议:一、规范宠物猫家具的友好属性,确保设计考虑到宠物的安全和舒适;二、提高功能性产品的空间利用率,设计出既节省空间又满足宠物多样化需求的家具;三、通过营造独特的主题氛围,走向特色化和差异化,以吸引更多消费者。
Aim: Aiming at the problem of uneven quality of online pet furniture, in order to meet user needs and improve user satisfaction, a pet furniture demand evaluation method based on the KANO-AHP model is proposed, and pet cat furniture is analyzed as an application case, aiming at providing direction support and development planning for designers and R&D personnel in the furniture industry. Method: KANO model was used to determine the attributes of 26 demand indicators of pet cat furniture, and an evaluation system was constructed. AHP method was applied to quantify the experience of R&D personnel, determine the weight of the indicators, and complete the comprehensive weight ranking of the demand indicators of pet cat furniture. Conclusion: Based on the analysis of the first 15 items, suggestions for pet cat furniture design are proposed as follows: first, standardize the friendly attributes of pet cat furniture to ensure that the design takes into account the safety and comfort of pets; second, improve the space utilization of functional products and design furniture that saves space and meets the diverse needs of pets; third, create a unique theme atmosphere to attract more consumers by moving towards specialization and differentiation. %K KANO,AHP,宠物家具,需求指标,发展规划
