%X 胃癌是全球范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，而局部进展期胃癌是指肿瘤已经累及胃壁深层或局部周围组织，但尚未出现远处转移的阶段。这种阶段的胃癌治疗具有挑战性，需要综合性的多学科治疗策略。近年来，手术前新辅助化疗作为一种新兴的治疗策略，备受关注并成为局部进展期胃癌治疗的研究热点。本综述旨在探讨手术前新辅助化疗在局部进展期胃癌治疗中的发展与进展，并为患者的治疗决策提供更为科学有效的依据。<br />
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide. Locally advanced gastric cancer refers to a disease stage in which the tumor has been involved in the deep gastric wall or local surrounding tissues, but no distant metastasis has occurred. Treatment of this stage of gastric cancer is challenging and requires an integrated multidisciplinary treatment strategy. In recent years, as a new treatment strategy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery has attracted much attention and become a research hotspot in the treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer. This review aims to explore the development and progress of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer, in order to provide a more scientific and effective basis for patients’ treatment decisions.
