%X 颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandibular joint disorders, TMD)是口腔颌面部的常见病和多发病，主要症状为疼痛、关节杂音和下颌运动障碍，目前以理疗、药物治疗、牙合垫治疗等保守治疗为主。低能量激光治疗(low level laser therapy, LLLT)已在许多慢性关节疾病的临床应用中取得了良好的效果，不少研究也将其应用在颞下颌关节紊乱病的治疗上。本文就低能量激光治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床研究进展作一综述，以期为其临床应用提供参考。<br />
Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD) is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the oral and maxillofacial region. The main symptoms are pain, joint bruit and mandibular movement disorder. Low level laser therapy (LLLT) has achieved good results in the clinical application of many chronic joint diseases, and many studies have also applied it to the treatment of temporomandibular disorders. This article reviews the clinical research progress of low level laser in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders, in order to provide reference for its clinical application.
