Mitochondrial Dynamics and Research Status of Hypoglycemic Drugs and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus %A 屈颖 %A 罗玮 %J Journal of Clinical Personalized Medicine %P 223-228 %@ 2334-3443 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jcpm.2024.32033 %X 线粒体作为大多数细胞生存的重要细胞器,在细胞能量代谢的过程当中起着十分重要的作用。在2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, T2DM)作用机制中,尚未明确线粒体动力学功能障碍究竟扮演什么样的角色,是触发因素还是结局指标。随着对线粒体功能的研究深入,发现二甲双胍、恩格列净类、利拉鲁肽类等药物在T2DM治疗当中可能抑制线粒体动力学裂变,改善线粒体功能障碍,在此作一简单综述,为之后线粒体动力学在T2DM治疗当中的研究提供一可能的思路方向。
Mitochondria, as an important organelle for most cell survival, play a very important role in the process of cell energy metabolism. In the mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), it is not clear what role mitochondrial dynamics dysfunction plays, whether it is a trigger or an outcome indicator. With the in-depth study of mitochondrial function, it has been found that metformin, empagliflozin, liraglutide and other drugs may inhibit mitochondrial dynamics fission and improve mitochondrial dysfunction in the treatment of T2DM. This paper makes a brief review, which provides a possible direction for the study of mitochondrial dynamics in the treatment of T2DM. %K 线粒体动力学,2型糖尿病,降糖药
