%X 目的：针对高校毕业生就业焦虑现状展开调查分析，为进一步加强缓解毕业生就业焦虑提供对策与建议。方法：选取重庆市3所高校毕业生发放高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷，回收问卷345份，有效回收率为97.46%。结果：1) 高校毕业生就业焦虑处于中等偏上水平。2) 性别、生源地与高校毕业生就业焦虑不存在显著性差异。3) 不同学历、专业类型在对就业前景的担忧这一维度中差异显著，是否独生子女、有无学生干部经历在高校毕业生就业焦虑总问卷和就业竞争压力、缺乏就业支持、自信心不足三个维度中差异显著。结论：高校毕业生的就业焦虑水平较高，社会各界应加大对毕业生的支持力度，高校要采取相应的心理辅导缓解毕业生的就业焦虑。<br />
Purpose: To investigate and analyze the current situation of employment anxiety of college graduates, and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for further strengthening the alleviation of graduates’ employment anxiety. Methods: Graduates from three colleges and universities in Chongqing Municipality were selected to distribute the questionnaire on college graduates’ career anxiety, and 345 questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 97.46%. Results: 1) The employment anxiety of college graduates was at a moderate to high level. 2) There was no significant difference between gender, place of origin and employment anxiety of college graduates. 3) There were significant differences between different academic qualifications and types of majors in the dimension of worry about employment prospects, and whether or not they were an only child, and whether they had experience as a student cadre differed significantly in the total questionnaire of employment anxiety and the three dimensions of pressure of competition for employment, lack of support for employment, and lack of self-confidence of college graduates. The differences are significant in the dimension of employment anxiety. Conclusion: The employment anxiety level of college graduates is high, and all sectors of society should increase their support for graduates, and colleges and universities should adopt corresponding psychological counseling to alleviate graduates’ employment anxiety.
