%X 随着互联网技术的广泛应用，民事诉讼中出现了新的诉讼方式，即在线诉讼。在线诉讼中的证据收集、电子证据效力等问题在传统诉讼规则上均有不同程度的规定。要有效应对在线纠纷解决中出现的问题，必须在立法上完善相关规定，明确互联网条件下新型证据规则的适用条件。在民事诉讼中，公民可以直接在网上立案，提高了司法效率，也保障了自己权利的实现。然而，在线诉讼的发展也对传统诉讼规则产生了挑战，分析在线诉讼与传统诉讼规则的区别，提出应对在线诉讼挑战的应对方式，确保诉讼结果的公平公正，真正实现司法为民。<br />
With the wide application of Internet technology, a new litigation mode, namely online litigation, has emerged in civil litigation. In the online litigation, the evidence collection, the electronic evidence validity and so on in the traditional litigation rule all has the different degree stipulation. In order to effectively deal with the problems in online dispute resolution, we must improve the relevant provisions in legislation and clarify the applicable conditions of the new evidence rules under Internet conditions. In civil litigation, citizens can directly file a case on the Internet, which improves the judicial efficiency and guarantees the realization of their rights. However, the development of online litigation has also challenged the traditional litigation rules. Through in-depth analysis of the differences between online litigation and traditional litigation rules, this paper proposes ways to deal with the challenges of online litigation, ensure the fairness and justice of litigation results, and truly realize justice for the people.
