%X 随着数字化转型浪潮涌入，标准化建设的载体形式、工作方法、应用场景都发生了变化，在此背景下，标准化工作如何实现数字化转型是一个值得深入探讨的问题。本文契合烟草商业数字化转型的主题，借助现有平台建设的良好契机，以玉林市烟草公司为例，初步探讨标准化建设数字化转型的路径。研究发现：优化现有的标准化组织机构可有效促进标准化工作与业务融合，并通过引入先进的精益管理方法和工作，提升了标准化建设的管理效能，同时将标准化工作的执行流程、过程监督等融入现有平台，提高了标准化建设的工作效率。结论：对烟草商业企业标准化建设实现数字化转型，形成有意义的参考。<br />
With the influx of digital transformation, the carrier form, working methods, and application scenarios of standardization construction have changed. In this context, how standardization work can achieve digital transformation is a question worthy of in-depth exploration. This article is in line with the theme of digital transformation in tobacco business. Taking the good opportunity of existing platform construction and taking Yulin Tobacco Company as an example, it preliminarily explores the path of standardized construction digital transformation. Research has found that optimizing existing standardization organizations can effectively promote the integration of standardization work and business. By introducing advanced lean management methods and work, the management efficiency of standardization construction can be improved. At the same time, the execution process and process supervision of standardization work can be integrated into the existing platform, improving the work efficiency of standardization construction. Conclusion: To achieve digital transformation in the standardization construction of tobacco commercial enterprises and form meaningful references.
