%X 心血管疾病患者在发病后产生恐惧疾病进展的情绪，给患者带来不良心理体验，影响生活质量。因此，本研究对心血管疾病患者恐惧疾病进展现状、相关影响因素及护理策略进行综述，以期为临床医务人员进行防范治疗措施提供依据。<br />
Patients with cardiovascular diseases have the fear of disease progression after the onset of the disease, which brings adverse psychological experience to patients and affects their quality of life. Therefore, this study reviewed the current status of fear disease progression, related influencing factors and nursing strategies in patients with cardiovascular diseases, in order to provide a basis for clinical medical staff to take preventive treatment measures.
