%X 癫痫是一种由大脑神经元非正常放电导致的大脑功能异常的慢性疾病，癫痫患者共患焦虑和抑郁的发生率远高于普通人群，现就癫痫患者共患焦虑和抑郁的产生原因、发病机制、治疗与康复等方面进行综述，为进一步展开相关诊断治疗、康复护理提供有效参考。<br />
Epilepsy is a chronic disease of abnormal brain function caused by abnormal firing of neurons in the brain, the incidence of comorbid anxiety and depression in patients with epilepsy is much higher than that in the general population. This article reviews the causes, pathogenesis, treatment and nursing of comorbid anxiety and depression in epilepsy patients, and provides an effective reference for further related diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation nursing.
