%X 为了解西部乡村地区中小学心理健康教育情况,本研究采用自编问卷对西部乡村地区2247名中小学教师进行调查,结果发现西部乡村地区心理健康教育建设落后,心理教师及相关教育经费不足是阻碍心理健康教育发展的主要困难。西部乡村中小学在今后的心理健康教育工作中应制定相关的心理健康教育规章制度保障工作的落实,加大对心理健康教育工作的经费投入,引进专业心理教师,提高心理健康教育方面的培训质量和力度,提升全体教师的心理健康素养。
To understand the situation of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in western rural areas, a self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 2247 primary and secondary school teachers. The results showed that the construction of mental health education in western rural areas was backward, and insufficient funding for psychological teachers and related education was the main obstacle to the development of mental health education. In the future mental health education work of rural primary and secondary schools in the western region, relevant rules and regulations for mental health education should be formulated to ensure the implementation of the work, increase funding for mental health education work, introduce professional psychological teachers, improve the quality and intensity of training in mental health education, and enhance the mental health literacy of all teachers.
