%X 国有企业合规管理是推动企业可持续发展重要手段。国有企业合规管理有利于落实全面落实依法治国战略，有利于推动企业实现高质量发展，是推动国有企业实现国际化发展的重要支撑，也更有利于国有企业履行社会责任。当前国有企业合规管理中存在制度不够健全、效能不足、人才队伍建设缺乏等问题。为更好的进行国有企业合规管理，应当从注重文化建设、完善组织结构、完善制度体系等方面努力。<br />
Compliance management of state-owned enterprises is an important means to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
