Method: This is a non-probabilistic, descriptive, cross-sectional study with an analytical aim. To carry out this study we used purposive sampling for the selection of statistical units. The sample size was 120 breastfeeding women followed in Preschool Consultations (CPS) in the 15 health areas of the Mbandaka ZS. Results: The results obtained show that the mother¡¯s perception that the child is not satisfied, the baby¡¯s refusal of the breasts, the child crying a lot, the high heat and the low milk production from the breasts constitute the determining factors of non-compliance with the AME in the Mbandaka Health Zone, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. %K Determinants %K Non-Compliance %K Exclusive Breastfeeding %K Breastfeeding Women %K Health Zone %U http://www.oalib.com/paper/6828187
