%X 在现代市场经济中，电商平台的掠夺性定价行为已经成为一个备受关注的对象。我国电商平台掠夺性定价行为反垄断规制存在一些亟待解决的问题，具体包括：认定规则不完善、执法标准不明确、监管模式单一化。本文为解决相关问题提出如下建议：完善行为认定标准、健全行政执法机制、构建多元监管模式。<br />
In the modern market economy, the predatory pricing behavior of e-commerce platforms has become an object of great concern. There are some urgent problems in the antitrust regulation of predatory pricing behavior of e-commerce platforms in China, including imperfect identification rules, unclear enforcement standards, and homogenization of the regulatory model. This paper puts forward the following suggestions to solve the related problems: improve the behavior identification standard, improve the administrative enforcement mechanism, and build a diversified regulatory model.
