Considerations and Strategies for Last-Mile Delivery in Higher Education Institutions under the E-Commerce Environment—A Case Study of University C %A 张玉川 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 2978-2989 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2024.132366 %X 随着电子商务的迅速发展,高校“最后一公里”配送服务的效率和质量对师生的生活与学习产生了直接影响。本文选取C大学为研究对象,通过问卷调查和SPSS分析,旨在深入了解电子商务环境下高校最后一公里配送的现状及存在问题,并基于此提出改进对策。研究发现,C大学当前配送服务存在安全隐患、配送效率低下、配送点布局不合理及管理服务质量低下等问题。针对这些问题,本文建议实施配送管理信息化建设、提升配送员素质、优化自提点布局与选址、升级配送设备与车辆等措施。本研究的目的在于为高校最后一公里配送服务的改善提供实证基础和对策建议,以期提高配送效率,提升用户满意度,并减少对环境的影响。
With the rapid development of e-commerce, the efficiency and quality of last-mile delivery services in higher education institutions have had a direct impact on the lives and studies of faculty and students. This paper selects University C as the research subject and aims to deeply understand the current situation and existing problems of last-mile delivery under the e-commerce environment in higher education institutions through questionnaire surveys and SPSS analysis, and proposes improvement strategies based on this. The study finds that the current delivery services at University C face issues such as security risks, low delivery efficiency, irrational layout of pickup points, and poor quality of management services. To address these issues, this paper suggests implementing information technology in delivery management, enhancing the quality of delivery personnel, optimizing the layout and location of self-pickup points, and upgrading delivery equipment and vehicles. The purpose of this research is to provide an empirical basis and strategic recommendations for improving the last-mile delivery services in higher education institutions, aiming to enhance delivery efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce the environmental impact. %K 电子商务,最后一公里,新零售,SPSS
